TRADIE TUFF WARRANTY
At Tradie Tuff, every product we offer is backed by guarantees that comply with Australian Consumer Law. The advantages provided to you by Tradie Tuff through this warranty are supplementary to any other rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
We would like to assure you that the products sold by Tradie Tuff will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. All products manufactured by Tradie Tuff are covered by a seven-year warranty, commencing from the date your order is completed. The only exception is straps which are covered by a twelve- month warranty.
To start a warranty claim:
1. You will need to return the faulty product to the location where it was purchased,
2. accompanied by the original proof of purchase or receipt. Warranty claims cannot be processed without this proof of purchase.
Once we receive your claim, we start the process and let you know from there. If confirmed as a material or manufacturing defect, we will replace product.
The expense of returning the defective product to the point of purchase falls on the person submitting the warranty claim.
Please note the Tradie Tuff warranty does not cover the following:
- any individual other than the original customer.
- any issue that occurs outside of the specified warranty periods.
- any regular wear or deterioration due to use or exposure to environmental factors.
- any flaws in materials or workmanship if the customer inspected the product at the time of purchase and that inspection should have reasonably uncovered the flaw. Or, if the flaw was specifically pointed out to the customer at the time of purchase.
- any issues from improper maintenance or failure to adhere to the installation instructions provided by Tradie Tuff.
- any damage resulting from the product being installed on an incompatible vehicle.
- exceeding the operating or capacity limitations specified by VAS instructions.
